ROOMMATE WANTED!!!

I'm looking for a female or male student to stay with me from either September or October onwards. Your room would be about 20 square meters (215 square foot) big, furnished or not upon request, there is also access to internet and TV.
The whole apartment is 80 square meters big, has two big rooms (yours and mine), a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom (with shower) and toilet are separated, and a small "party" room where smoking would be possible. The whole rent is 380 Euro per month (internet, utilities, etc. included).
The apartment is very central (Gussenbauergasse), it is located in the 9th district close to the main university as well as the campus (a 5 min ride away) and right behind the WU (business school), over the road you would have the Danube Canal (good for running, skating, cycling...), it is directly on the subway line U4 (green line); D, 5, 33 (trams) and the nightline are 2 min away. There are a bunch of shops (grocery shops, coffeehouses, etc.) around here.
I'm a student of English, German and History, female, 23 years old.
